In this age of competitive world every one wants to get business. you will be surprised, opportunities may knock your door at any time any place like social event, sports event, shopping mall or even in parking lot. You need to identify and cultivate those business opportunities into sales.

You need to learn the art of nurturing this business opportunities. Remember, it is very rare that other person desperately looking for what you need to offer just at that time.

Most of the business opportunities have to be understood, nurture and built over time.
You have to grow a relationship to grow a business. The first rule of networking is, do not push people to buy your products or services in first meeting.

They need to trust you before they buy from you!

Always spend some time with people to understand their needs and perspective.
Sometime, if you build a relation with other person, they may not need your products or services at that time but, they will keep in mind for future or they know someone who is looking for the products or services you offer.

In this scenario, they should be willing to refer you to their contacts for business and you need to always create that special bonding with people so they are willing to refer it to you.

It is not always about commission or kick back. Remember, most of the time it is about relationship and trust.

If you try to sell via email, always write an informal friendly email rather than more formal business type sales email. This approach may not get you sales right away but it will at least build more trust than trash!

And finally remember, no matter you are approaching an end user, small business or big company, after all people makes the final sales decisions!

And people do business with people they know, like and trust!!!
